Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jaz'Sthetics Deluxe Beauty! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments

1.1 Booking:
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system at www.jazstheticsdeluxe.com with a non-refundable booking fee being required to secure your appointment slot.

1.2 Arrival:
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their booking fee and be counted as a No-Show. In this event, you will be asked to reschedule with a new booking fee to avoid disrupting other clients.

1.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the forfeit of their booking fee; $25 for services up to 2 hours, $50 for full sets, and $100 for permanent makeup, and a new booking fee will be needed to reschedule.

  • If you did not a have a booking fee, a minimum of $25/hr of your time slot will be charged for last minute cancellations.

1.4 No-shows:
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the forfeit of your booking fee and being charged the remaining balance of your service booked without the possibility of being able to book future appointments.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment or any remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash or credit payment options.
2.2 All prices are subject to change without notice, but customers will be informed of changes in a timely manner.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
3.2 If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days so we can address your concerns to your satisfaction.

4. Client Expectations

4.1 Health Conditions:
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect their service. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

4.2 Aftercare:
Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect the results of your service.

4.3 Expectations:

We will do our best to give you what you seek under the conditions it doesn't jeopardize the integrity of your lashes, brows or skin. There will be a thorough consultation prior to any service to see if your vision is attainable or unrealistic given what we are working with. We will provide you with your best options to continue or give you the option to opt out.

5. Liability

5.1 We strive to provide a safe and professional experience. However, Jaz'Sthetics Deluxe Beauty is not liable for:

  • Adverse reactions to products or treatments.

  • Injuries caused by client negligence.

  • Damages to personal property while on the premises.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 With your consent, we may take photographs of your results for promotional purposes. These photos will be used responsibly and without compromising your privacy.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Your personal information is collected for appointment and communication purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Right to Refuse Service

8.1 Jaz'Sthetics Deluxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, verbal abuse, intoxication, illness or failure to comply with these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes before their next appointment.
